Position Summary As a Residential Field Manager, you will oversee all aspects of residential construction projects from start to finish. Your role will involve managing on-site operations, coordinating, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Residential roofing construction
  • 3+ years of roofing project management experience
  • 5+ years of experience with Metal, Shingle, and Tile roof systems
  • Ability to read plans, understand installation details, scopes of work and job specifications
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and regulations. (Certifications are a plus but not required)
  • Must be a team player and the ability to work closely with our project managers and labor crews
  • Detail oriented (Filling out daily reports, safety requirements, etc.)
  • MUST have a valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

  • Work together with the project manager & office team to meet project deadlines.
  • Identify and address issues during construction
  • Submit daily reports that include safety, job progress, crew roll call & other pertinent project information
  • Understand project scope in and out prior to starting the project.
  • Foresee potential issues, delays or need for additional information from client, GC etc.
  • Provide A+ customer service to our clients/GCs. Addressing their needs, preferences, and culture. Keeping open communication throughout the project duration.
  • Promote positive subcontractor relations. Working together with all teams on the project site.
