This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring compliance with HUD regulations, strong financial performance, and a safe, welcoming environment for residents and families. Requirements

  • Prior experience in Section 8/Affordable Housing preferred
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle and insurance
  • Must pass pre-employment drug and background screen
  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • Have, or be willing to obtain, a PA Real Estate License
