About The Position

Job Summary: The Residential Program Managers are responsible for developing, implementing, driving, and reviewing programs that provide our clients with the resources to achieve increased levels of independence as well as personal safety to achieve their individual life goals. This position is expected to uphold the mission and values established by A New Leaf, Inc. Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the overall management and oversight of an assigned portion of the Residential Division, ensuring all residential program services provided are focused on the specific needs of the individuals served. 2. Collaborates with the Residential Director to develop and administer programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the Residential Division with the strategic goals of the company. 3. Develops and maintains positive relationships with outside partners via collaboration with state case managers, other agency providers, I/DD organizations, and the community-at-large. 4. Assists Residential Director in Implementing all program developments to ensure proper execution and continuing follow up to ensure we are meeting the needs of the clients served and the mission of A New Leaf, Inc. 5. Supervises a dynamic caseload by working in conjunction with Residential Program Coordinators and Direct Care Staff, ensuring client plans are implemented and followed, IP & Team Meetings are attended, monthly and quarterly reporting is submitted, required site visits are accomplished, and any transitional needs are met for the clients served. 6. Monitors the residential “Rep Payee” program, working to ensure all aspects of income, Trust Balance, distributions, and expenditures are working as outlined by the program. 7. Ensures that staffing levels are maintained within the assigned caseload as well as the continued coaching & development of active employees. 8. Assure compliance with all state, local and federal regulations. 9. Establishes and maintains a positive relationship through communication and collaboration with other divisions, direct and in-direct staff, clients, client teams, vendors, and funding agencies, ensuring the A New Leaf, Inc. Residential Division is always friendly and welcoming.

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, child and family Services or similar related degree – preferred.
  • Preferred three years related experience with progressive managerial responsibilities.
  • Expressed desire to work with personnel with developmental disabilities.

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft programs; Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Final hiring pending on OSBI background check, clean driving record, Community Services Registry check and pre-employment screening.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and up-to-date vehicle insurance.

  • Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities and/or Autism preferred but not required.
