Residential Program Manager
About The Position

Devereux Florida provides programs and services for children and adolescents who face significant emotional, behavioral and intellectual/developmental challenges. Located in Viera, FL ,. This position is responsible for oversight of the program and staff, certifying proper service delivery to all clients in a safe and therapeutic environment, and ensuring compliance with local and state agencies, Medicaid and ACHA requirements, and DCF Licensing requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Business or related field _preferred_
- 3 years' residential experience in a direct care or higher-level role _required_
- 1 year lead or supervisory experience _required_
- Experience in a group home setting that provides autism, IDD and/or intensive Dually Diagnosed services _preferred_
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Must be able to complete a 2 week (Monday - Friday) new hire orientation class; hours are approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm each day in Titusville.
- Must be willing to be on call 24/7
- Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test, Physical, and TB Test.
