About The Position

We’re looking for a Residential Program Manager to join our team and provide oversight to a residential program in Manchester, NH. Responsibilities include: Managing direct care staff Implementing and monitoring program budgets Establishing and maintaining relationships with service coordinators, guardians and other team members Ensuring compliance with state certification/licensing standards, agency policies and contractual obligations. Direct care is required and must be able to work a flexible schedule and participate in an on-call rotation. Schedule: This is a full time, 40 hour/week position. Must be flexible to support program need. What’s in it for you? Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or Eight (8) years related experience
  • Two years’ experience with persons with developmental and/or psychiatric disabilities with high risk/high need
  • Administrative and supervisory experience preferred
  • Fiscal management and organizational skills are critical to success in this position.
  • A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and insurance are also required
