Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in plumbing or residential home services.
- Strong technical understanding of plumbing systems (or ability to learn fast).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Generate and close residential plumbing sales opportunities from inbound leads, referrals, and your own pipeline.
- Conduct in-home consultations, assess homeowner needs, and present tailored plumbing solutions.
- Deliver professional proposals, explain scope of work, and build trust with customers.
- Partner with operations to ensure a seamless project handoff and exceptional customer experience.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while tracking activity in our CRM.
