About The Position

Capital Heating, Cooling, Electric and Plumbing is looking to add 2 salespeople to our team. Ideally the successful candidate will be in place prior to the start of September. Our hiring process is thorough, but moves quickly for the right candidate. About You: You are an accomplished salesperson with the ability to work retail hours executing against leads that are provided by us. Knowledge of home services is a plus, but not required if you have a history of sales success in a complex sales environment, the ability to learn quickly, and can retain knowledge. You are adept at selling solutions within the ranges of $10,000 to $50,000 (and above). You are well spoken, can command a room’s attention, and maintain high energy levels in a positive manner. You have an ability to provide each customer with a fantastic customer experience tailored to them and hold yourself to higher standards to do so. You are accustomed to tracking your sales behavior(s) and metrics as a source of effectiveness and improvement. While already operating at a high level, you understand and accept training and coaching as a source of consistent growth. You must have a verifiable history of earning in excess of $100,000 and a need to quickly surpass $150,000. Our top earners regularly surpass $230,000 in yearly earnings excluding company benefits. Salespeople who fail to earn at a high level are not retained at Capital, as our reputation, our solutions and service, and our sales leads provide ample opportunity for selling.
