Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Prior job stability
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Proven job stability in prior roles
- Willingness to commit to a 4-year apprenticeship
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Responsibilities
- Learn the plumbing trade through hands-on experience and formal training
- Assist with installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential homes
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and learn to offer efficient solutions
- Ensure safety and code compliance in all work
- Represent Heritage’s values in every customer interaction
