About The Position

Williams Plumbing is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to lead our high-end custom residential plumbing projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, mentors their team, and thrives in delivering exceptional results. Requirements

  • Journeyman Plumber license required
  • 5+ years of residential plumbing experience; luxury/custom home experience strongly preferred
  • Proven leadership skills: ability to motivate, mentor, and hold teams accountable
  • Deep knowledge of plumbing codes, installation best practices, and safety standards
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • High integrity, professionalism, and pride in delivering flawless results

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple high-end custom home plumbing projects, from rough-in to final trim
  • Lead, mentor, and hold plumbing superintendents and crews accountable for quality, safety, and schedule
  • Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, materials, and tools to keep projects running efficiently
  • Conduct daily site inspections, enforce plumbing codes, and ensure work meets luxury home standards
  • Communicate clearly with clients, project managers, and field teams to solve problems quickly
  • Drive continuous improvement and maintain the high standards of the Williams Plumbing brand
