About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Residential Painter to join our team in Conyers, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and painting interior and exterior residential surfaces while delivering high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of residential painting experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of painting tools, materials, and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Punctual, dependable, and professional

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching, and priming
• Paint interior and exterior residential surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
• Protect furniture, floors, and surrounding areas with drop cloths and masking
• Mix and match paint colors as needed
• Ensure clean, neat, and professional finishes
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Complete projects on schedule and to customer satisfaction
