Requirements

• 2+ years of professional residential painting experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Ability to meet quality standards and deadlines
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Hardworking with strong attention to detail
• Friendly and respectful with clients and coworkers
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality residential interior and exterior painting
• Prep surfaces properly
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
