Residential Nurse - Lawrenceville
About The Position
Seeking an LPN or RN to work several PRN shifts at a residential adolescent group home program in Lawrenceville, GA 1 shift/week AND 1 weekend/month REQUIRED Starting Pay is $28/hr, LPN & $35/RN + additional $$ with years of experience in nursing! Shift Differential: additional $3/hr on Nights/Weekends As an RN/LPN, you will provide direct care nursing and will also be responsible for administering medications, providing medical treatments, completing admissions, and actively engage with the youth served and their families/guardians. Requirements
- Completion of accredited LPN OR RN program and current Georgia Nursing License required.
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License and Satisfactory Drug Screen and Background Check results.
- Overnight availability, 6:30p-7am, every other weekend (Sat/Sunday) availability and holidays required.
- Must be able to complete a two-week, paid new hire orientation class located in Kennesaw, GA; hours are approximately 8:30am to 5:30pm daily.
Nice To Haves
- Six months to one (1) year of Nursing experience is highly preferred.
- Experience in psychiatric nursing with children or adolescents is a plus.
