Job Responsibilities Study and get familiar with the topics to be trained, understand the concepts, processes and investigate if any information is missing. Conduct HR, Safety, Quality, GMP, and other general trainings for employees. Conduct Orientation for new hires in order to offer a complete view of Company rules, Safety and Manufacturing processes, as well as starting the On the Job Training for specific positions, looking to increase new hires’ engagement. Prepare the materials, slides, schedule participants, rooms and all logistics needed to conduct the trainings. Conduct on the job and hands on training according to to the audience and type of skills to be instructed, ensuring proper learning from students. Support the development of the training plan, communicating the needs that arise on the floor on the daily interaction with supervisors and managers. Look for external providers of training solutions in order to ensure better and updated training programs are being used in the company. Monitor and report effectiveness of training from onboarding to technical skills and career development. Ensure employees are notified in advance about the training schedule reporting any attendance issues. Deliver the training following properly all the steps in the Learning Methodology for adult population. Identify improvement opportunities in the training materials and methodology in order to ensure people are learning and applying their knowledge on a daily basis. Register training attendance in the Training database, so this can be easily tracked. Actively participate in the improvement projects lead by the organization. Participate in the trainings required by HR department. Prepare training reports as necessary. Experience Must have a High School Diploma At least 1 year experience. Strong knowledge of Office programs: Power point, Word, Outlook, Excel. Minimum of (1) one year of experience in training employees in industrial processes in a manufacturing environment.
