Schedule: Tuesday 8am - 4pm, Wednesday 9am - 5pm, Thursday 10am - 6pm, Friday 9am - 5pm and Saturday 8am - 4pm. COARC is launching an exciting new residential program designed to support young adults as they transition toward living independently within their communities. We are seeking a compassionate and organized Residential Manager who will oversee the daily operations of the home while ensuring high-quality support that empower everyone to reach their personal goals. About the Role As the Residential Manager, you will provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to ensure the home runs smoothly and supports each person's skill-building journey. You'll supervise and support Direct Support Professionals, coordinate services and schedules, and partner with families, care managers, and interdisciplinary team members. You will ensure that participants receive consistent, person-centered support in areas such as cooking, budgeting, personal care, household management, employment readiness, and community integration - all while promoting independence, dignity, and self-direction.
