About The Position
The College & Young Adults Pastor (CYAP) inspires college students and young adults, with a specific emphasis to men, toward deeper involvement and community at F/C, providing them with the next steps to get there. This includes ministry execution, teaching, ministry planning, facilitating gatherings, and providing care.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate regular College Gatherings and Groups
- Facilitate regular Young Adult Events and Groups
- Direct Discipleship of College Students and Young Adults
- Connect unconnected College Students and Young Adults to the Ministries
- Assist in the organization of trips and events for discipleship
- Evaluate the ministry and manage the budget
