About The Position

The Young Adults & College Director will lead and build a vibrant, Christ-centered ministry for young adults and college students at Peachtree Church. This role is deeply relational, outward-facing, and developmental, focused on helping young adults grow in faith, community, and mission during a formative season of life. They will work collaboratively with staff and volunteers to strengthen existing ministries while prayerfully developing new pathways for connection and growth. This role requires initiative, emotional intelligence, and a pastoral presence, someone who is comfortable meeting people where they are, casting vision, and building trust over time. The Director will help shape the future of Young Adult ministry at Peachtree by investing in leaders, creating accessible on-ramps into community, and fostering a culture of belonging, service, and spiritual formation. This role is also compatible with someone who is pursuing a seminary degree.
