The Residential Life Student Assistant (RLSA) is responsible for assisting the Residential Life office in day to day operations from answering phone calls and emails, to helping walk-in customers, to assisting with parent/family/student questions. The RLSA will also work very closely with the Residential Life professional staff team. This could include preparing training materials, assisting with the housing selection process, readying keys or Saints Cards, or other duties as assigned, such as answering e-mails, phone calls, making copies, hanging signs, etc. Job training will occur before the first shift and on the job.
