Position Overview We’re seeking a skilled and customer-focused Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering top-quality service in residential heating and cooling systems.

Requirements

Minimum of 2+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
EPA certification required.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical ability to perform job duties (lifting, climbing, working in confined spaces).

Responsibilities

Perform service, repairs, and maintenance on residential HVAC systems.
Diagnose heating and cooling issues and recommend solutions.
Service, diagnose, and repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality systems.
Ensure all work meets local codes and safety standards.
Educate customers on system performance, efficiency improvements, and preventive maintenance.
Complete required documentation, invoices, and service records accurately.
Maintain a clean work area, company vehicle, and tools.
Represent Ted’s with professionalism and integrity.
