About The Position

Make a real impact every day! PCS is seeking a Residential Group Home Administrator to lead our team, support adults with developmental disabilities, and ensure our residential program operates safely, smoothly, and with heart.

Requirements

  • Group Home Administrator Certificate
  • 4+ years working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • 2+ years supervisory experience
  • Experience with Supported Living & CCL programs
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and handle behavioral emergencies
  • Valid driver’s license, clean record, insurance
  • DOJ/FBI clearance, TB test, physical, drug screen
  • Age 21+
  • Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree (behavioral science or related field)
  • Knowledge of Person-Centered Thinking

Responsibilities

  • Oversee residents’ health, safety, growth, and daily support
  • Provide 85% direct care and maintain documentation, finances, supplies, and medication systems
  • Supervise, train, and support direct care staff
  • Ensure compliance with Title 17, Title 22, and CCL regulations
  • Participate in IPP/ISP planning, audits, meetings, trainings, and unannounced visits
  • Collaborate with families, Regional Centers, DDS, and community partners
  • Respond to emergencies (24/7 on-call)
