RESIDENTIAL DSP: 13 Hrs/WK (O/F) OLIVETTE, Su 7A-3P & M 7A-12P
About The Position
UCP Heartland is seeking compassionate and committed Residential DSP's (Direct Care Professional) for the following shift. UCP Heartland offers a positive, team driven, work environment at $20.00/Hour. As a DIRECT CARE PROVIDER, your work will make a difference in people’s lives 365 days a year! UCP Heartland strives to be the provider of choice supporting people living with disabilities and you can be a part of that mission. This position requires 5-7 days of mandatory training at our corporate office Monday through Friday 8:45 AM - 4:30PM. All UCP Heartland schedules/shifts are awake shifts.
Requirements
- High School diploma or its equivalent (GED)
- Valid Drivers’ license
- Clean Driving Record and successfully completes and maintains assigned drivers training
- A MINIMUM OF ONE WEEKEND SHIFT PER WEEKEND
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or in a customer service field
- Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to consistently work in a professional, cooperative manner with all Agency clients and personnel
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Computer Proficiency
- RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
- VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE WITH CLEAN DRIVING RECORD

Responsibilities
- Provide physical assistance with daily tasks
- assist with personal hygiene

- Follow medical orders and administer medications
- provide choices to the clients for their daily activities to provide entertainment and community outings
