About The Position

For over six decades, United Built Homes has constructed more than 40,000 quality custom homes throughout Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas. We are currently seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our growing Conroe Design Center team.

Requirements

• High management, organization, communication, technical and supervision skills with attention to detail
• 3+ years of experience working on residential construction projects, along with 2+ years of project management experience

Nice To Haves

• Construction Management degree or comparable professional training and experience

Responsibilities

• New Home Construction - Building high-quality homes on time, on budget, safely and with high customer service and satisfaction.
• Warranty - Supervising service for completed home projects.
