About The Position

Property Masters is a semi-national residential construction leader and the premier provider in the Single-Family Residential (SFR and institutional investment and Default) space. This role is not a typical desk job; Project Managers are in the field, running projects, leading subcontractors, and impacting homes. As a Project Manager, you will oversee multiple construction and renovation projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. You will coordinate subcontractors, solve problems, and keep projects on track. This role suits self-starters and leaders who thrive in a fast-moving environment where no two days look the same.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2–5 years of construction management experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of general construction and estimating.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across various phases of construction.
  • Understanding of local/state building codes and permitting requirements.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license; ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate material, labor, and equipment estimates based on each client’s scope of work.
  • Lead subcontractor meetings to establish timelines, clarify expectations, and determine necessary permits.
  • Prepare project bid status reports to ensure compliance with specifications and contract requirements.
  • Oversee subcontractors to ensure projects progress smoothly and stay on schedule.
  • Conduct weekly on-site visits for open projects; provide updates to corporate teams and clients.
  • Identify challenges, client concerns, and potential roadblocks—and deliver effective, timely solutions.
