About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven, and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative with experience in the roofing industry. This position is ideal for candidates with prior experience in residential or commercial roofing sales—or individuals currently working at a roofing company who are ready to take the next step in their career. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving consistent sales growth through product expertise and exceptional service.

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales required.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Nice To Haves

Roofing industry experience strongly preferred—either in roofing sales or currently employed by a roofing company.
Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial roofing systems is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Highly self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

Generate leads and proactively pursue new business opportunities within residential and commercial roofing sectors.
Conduct roof inspections and provide accurate, professional estimates for repairs, replacements, and related services.
Build, maintain, and grow client relationships through follow-ups, consultations, and ongoing communication.
Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure seamless project execution from contract through completion.
Meet or exceed sales goals while promoting high levels of customer satisfaction.
