Position Overview Specialist in Water Damage - Advanced is an expert in the drying and repair of residential buildings, large commercial, industrial and institutional buildings and their contents. We are local ONLY, no need to worry about traveling out of state. Specialized drying, practical knowledge of the electrical demand of the drying equipment and the determination of temporary energy needs. We are proficient in the use of scopes f work and floor plans and are familiar with the integration of heating, cooling and ventilation (HVAC) systems to enhance the drying systems. During Monsoon situations, advanced specialists can lead multiple teams and take on significant production responsibility. With this position you will learn the science of drying from a MSR (Master Water Restorer) and MWR (Master Water Restorer) on staff.

Responsibilities
- The Salesman / Estimator will provide commercial roofing formal bids and / or budgets through interpreting plans, specifications, performing take-offs and estimating job costs
- The salesman / estimator will be in direct communication with clients and their representatives to ensure that our estimates meet their needs and requirements
- Completing bid opportunities in an efficient and accurate manner
- Business development: Events, creating new relationships
- Understanding job specific plan sets and specifications
- Keeping up to date information in Salesforce platform
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
