The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for designing, launching and scaling a high-performance referral-driven revenue engine for our residential HVAC business. This role will architect and mange programs that generate consistent new business through relationships, community presence, strategic partnerships, and technology-enabled tracking. The BDM will recruit and manage individuals and organizations who act as referrers (realtors, property managers, HOAs, contractors, community groups, etc.) design referral programs, manage events and outreach efforts, and implement systems to track performance and ROI.
