The Residential Advocate (River Village) provides direct support and oversight within residential programs serving individuals transitioning from incarceration or participating in realignment initiatives. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive residential environment while reinforcing program expectations, promoting accountability, and supporting residents in their transition toward stability and community reintegration. The Residential Advocate monitors daily activities, enforces house guidelines, responds to crises, documents incidents, and collaborates with case management staff to ensure residents are supported while maintaining program integrity. This is a site-based role requiring consistent presence within the residential facility.
