We are seeking a Resident Services Administrator to join our team and manage our "Front of the House" operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest services levels and include responsibilities coordinating residential move-ins and move-outs, liaising with and facilitating unit alteration projects, drafting community newsletters and updates, managing the condo's social media, organizing resident programming and events, implementing hospitality best practices, and training front staff. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, be a people person, well-spoken, outgoing, and cordial. This position reports to the General Manager.
