About The Position

Join our Team! Leland Management is seeking a Resident Service Associate for one of our communities in the Clermont, FL area. Provide customer service to the residents of the Kings Ridge Community Association, KRCA, and help coordinate various community activities.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of various software programs: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, Access Database and Power Point
  • High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with basic office requests, community event ticket sales, identification badges, guest passes, community entry devices and other administrative services.
  • Office duties such as answering phones, taking messages and perform daily required identification checks throughout the Clubhouse.
  • Coordinate new homeowner orientations and update information on the office software programs.
  • Receive and track architectural requests from homeowners to be processed.
  • Basic knowledge of operating cash register. Run daily cash register reports and make bank deposits of all daily receipts. Perform daily routine opening and closing procedures.
  • Keep residents informed of all activities, events and updated information.
  • Schedule and coordinate seminars, including billing and advertising in the Royal Times.
  • Coordinate scheduling of board meetings, workshops, committees, cabanas, private room reservations, clubs and groups.
  • Assist with the monthly Royal Times (newsletter) by coordinating with residents and staff members to collect articles, photos, reminders, club activities, HOA news and information on a continual basis.
  • Interface with vendors wishing to advertise services by placing their information where appropriate (electronic, Royal Times, etc.) and following up with all payments as required.
  • Coordinate accounts receivable, newsletter prints, etc. for all clubs, groups and neighborhoods.
  • Develop and create signs, posters, admission tickets, and fliers for various events, office notifications, neighborhoods, committees’ clubs & groups
  • Set up audio visual equipment and special lighting in the ballroom as needed.
  • Assist residents when booking private ballroom functions.
  • Place all kitchen supply items back in their appropriate location for storage after event.
  • Assist management as needed with daily business-related operations.
  • Communicate any emergencies directly to management in a timely manner.
  • Assist with set up and coordination of Clubhouse events such as the Royal Showcase, Social Hour, Summer dances, Holiday parties, and any other event that is sponsored by the Clubhouse.
  • Assist maintenance staff with room setups and breakdown as/ if necessary.
  • Restock and maintain inventory of office supplies.
  • Restock and maintain vending inventory items at the Clubhouse.
  • Perform daily routine opening and closing procedures.
  • Must be able to work well independently and in a team environment
