About The Position

As the Resident Services Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our residents receive excellent customer service by supporting operations of our Cincinnati scattered-site investment portfolio, consisting of over 100 residential properties in Clifton Heights, Over the Rhine, and East Walnut Hills neighborhoods, totaling over 750 units and growing! Your Responsibilities: Provide support and assistance with all customer service efforts for our residents. Be the first point of contact for incoming resident and prospect inquiries. Assess the nature of each inquiry and ensure it is resolved directly or delegated appropriately. Maintain a positive, professional, and timely communication style. Collaborate with the Leasing, Maintenance, and Management teams to ensure resident needs are met efficiently. Assist residents with lease alterations including adding/removing a pet, roommate changes, sublets, renters’ insurance changes, or other similar requests. Support day-to-day property operations across various functions, including leasing, administrative tasks, maintenance coordination, and general management, as needed. Participate in leasing activity across the portfolio, including answering prospect questions, providing tours, and completing lease documents, as needed. Assist in coordinating residential move-ins and move-outs, renewals, payments, and work order requests to deliver a high level of customer service, as needed. Assist with other special projects as needed, including but not limited to: lease audits, utility management, new property onboarding, and student property turnover. Requirements

  • Experience in real estate, management, leasing, multi-family/single family/scattered site housing, sales, hospitality, or retail, preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfort using technology.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license and be insurable under company policy.
  • Company vehicles are provided.
