Resident Pharmacist
About The Position
Expectations: Expand and develop the necessary skills to become a competent provider of pharmaceutical care, which is the evaluation, distribution, and monitoring of prescribed therapy which provide positive patient outcomes. Obtains or maintains a California Pharmacist license. This position may require flexibility of hours. Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of pharmacy required.
- Diploma or transcripts on highest degree earned required or proof of Diploma required within 60 days of hire/transfer.
- Current Pharmacy Intern Licensed issued by California State Board of Pharmacy, or an active pharmacist license issued by another state
- Current unrestricted Registered Pharmacist license (RPH) issued by the California State Board of Pharmacy obtained within six (6) months of hire
- Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) issued by American Heart Association
Nice To Haves
- Internship in progressive hospital practice preferred
