About The Position

Providence ElderPlace employs Clinical Pharmacy Specialists in geriatrics. Collaborative clinical pharmacy services are provided as part of an innovative care model that utilizes a cutting edge electronic health record and sophisticated disease management software. The Department of Pharmacy recognizes the importance of participating in training programs that ensure the availability of pharmacy practitioners with expertise in the area of primary care. The residency program in Geriatrics is dedicated to providing the resident with the knowledge, skills and attitude necessary to pursue a practice that focuses on assuring optimal patient outcomes. Requirements

  • PharmD - Graduate from an accredited college of pharmacy.
  • Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist License, Or Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist Intern License

Nice To Haves

  • Completion of PGY1 Pharmacy Residency.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience
