We are seeking to fill the role of Resident Manager with an individual with a passion for helping others, and a desire to do good in their own community. Program Hiring: TAPC>Transitional Apartments and Parenting Center The Transitional Apartments and Parenting Center (TAPC), which is conveniently located next to the Centro Bus Hub on Salina St., is hiring Resident Managers. TAPC provides secure, affordable apartments, independent living skills trainings, parenting/health education, case management, on-site childcare and 24 hour staff supervision. This program helps homeless, pregnant and parenting adolescent girls, ages 16-21 and their children. The Shift Available: On-Call, As Needed The On-Call Resident Manager is enlisted to cover work shifts that become available due to current staff who are not available to work their assigned shifts. We know ahead of time the shifts that need coverage, however, should a staff member become unable to work their assigned shift at the last minute, we will ask our On-Call staff to cover. This position will provide structured therapeutic and supportive activities for residents, and is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the facility.
