About The Position
The McGuire Group is hiring a Resident Insurance Navigator to support residents and families in understanding Medicare coverage options while in our skilled nursing centers. What You’ll Do Educate residents and family members on Medicare A, B, C, D & Medigap Review insurance plans and break down costs and coverage differences Assist with enrollment or disenrollment when appropriate Support social workers and admissions teams Document all counseling and communication thoroughly What We’re Looking For Ideal candidate has hands-on experience completing Medicare enrollments 1+ year of Medicare, Medicaid, or insurance navigation experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills High attention to detail and comfort managing multiple cases High school diploma or GED required Schedule & Location Cheektowaga, NY — In person Monday–Friday, daytime hours Why You’ll Love It Be the person residents and families count on to help them understand coverage, avoid surprises, and choose what works best for them. Requirements
- Ideal candidate has hands-on experience completing Medicare enrollments
