About The Position
The Resident in Counseling is responsible for providing therapeutic services under the guidance of a licensed clinical supervisor. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering individual and group therapy to clients within the Behavioral Health Service Line. The position is designed for individuals seeking to complete supervised clinical hours required for licensure. The Social Work Supervisee will engage in direct client care, documentation, and multidisciplinary team collaboration to support clients in managing and improving their mental health.
