About The Position

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Resident Care Assistant In this role to support the 36 residents in our Assisted Living residence. Our building is also home to memory care and independent living residents. What You'll Do Assist residents with personal cares, daily activities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity as possible Other responsibilities could include medication management, light housekeeping, and a variety of other tasks

Requirements

• Previous direct care experience, preferred
• Experience with medication management, CNA. and/or CBRF certification is beneficial, but not required - We will train the right fit for our team!

Nice To Haves

• CNA Training (any state)
• Completion of all 4 CBRF classes prior to hire
• CNA, Resident Care, or Home Health Experience
• Full Time Position

Responsibilities
