Requirements

• Prior experience in senior care, healthcare, or related field preferred
• Certification as a Med Tech or willingness to obtain certification
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards elderly individuals
• Ability to work effectively during 2nd and overnight shifts
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety and health regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and assistance to elderly residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being
• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Administer medications and treatments as directed, following all safety protocols
• Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes to the nursing staff
• Foster a warm, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and their families
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and resident progress
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality resident care and safety
