About The Position
Grand Villa of Palm Coast is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Medication Technician (Med Tech) to join our team. Requirements
- Valid certification as a Med Tech
- Prior experience in a healthcare or senior living setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards elderly residents
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and resident needs
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a healthcare or senior living setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Administer medications to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
- Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
- Assist residents with daily activities and provide compassionate care
- Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and resident records
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality resident care
