Requirements

• Prior experience as a Caregiver or Med Tech in a senior living or healthcare setting
• Valid certification or license as required by state regulations (e.g., Med Tech certification)
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards seniors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of basic medical procedures and medication administration
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Attend to residents' personal needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
• Administer medications and monitor residents' health conditions in accordance with care plans
• Observe and report any changes in residents' physical or emotional well-being
• Foster a warm, respectful, and engaging environment for residents
• Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive and consistent care
• Follow all safety and health protocols to maintain a safe living environment
• Work assigned shifts and participate in a rotation of weekends as required
