Requirements

• CNA, PCA, Caregiver, or Resident Assistant experience (preferred)
• Active Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification (VA)
• Passion for senior care
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented individuals

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs)
• Provide compassionate, hands-on care
• Build meaningful relationships with residents
• Support a positive, engaging environment
• Administer medications per VA guidelines
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes
• Support care team with ADLs as needed
• Ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance
