Requirements
- CNA, PCA, Caregiver, or Resident Assistant experience (preferred)
- Active Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification (VA)
- Passion for senior care
- Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented individuals
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs)
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care
- Build meaningful relationships with residents
- Support a positive, engaging environment
- Administer medications per VA guidelines
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes
- Support care team with ADLs as needed
- Ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance
