The UHS Acute Physician Recruitment Department is hiring a Residency/Fellowship Relationship Manager to develop, implement, and support system-wide outreach efforts for Residency and Fellowship Programs across UHS Acute Care and Behavioral Health Divisions by conducting research and coordinating marketing and recruitment activities. These activities include organizing visits, presentations, webinars, meal and networking events, career fair participation, and communications through UHS news and educational programs targeting both new training programs and existing UHS-affiliated programs. Key Responsibilities include: Work with Physician Recruitment Department to coordinate candidate lead generation and follow-up from activities involved in through program contacts and events and Business Development to identify potential new affiliations and relationships Work with facility CEO's and/or designated staff in the Acute Care and BHD facilities where we have current affiliations to serve as an adjunct resource and coordinator of potential recruiting and marketing events for UHS affiliated hospitals. Maintains document records of all activity in a timely manner for reporting and reports all activity updates as needed Initiate and manage successful system-wide training program activities for UHS Acute Care and Behavioral Health Divisions with multiple specialty Residency and Fellowship Programs. Programs will include those already with some affiliation level with UHS and development of new relationships and activities with new ones. Activities will include but not be limited to on site presentations; distribution of marketing materials by diverse mediums to program leaders and physicians in training; participation in career fairs and conferences; etc. Develops and conducts as needed direct mail, internet mail, cold calling, or other sourcing projects to develop program contacts or disseminate information about UHS Create and manage programs, events, and initiatives (e.g., resident/fellow outreach, recruitment fairs, educational symposia, mentorship/transition-to-employment programs) that engage trainees and convert them into employed physicians within the system. Partner with physician recruitment, marketing, GME leadership, academic affairs, and human resources to ensure seamless candidate lifecycle—from outreach, engagement, conversion, onboarding, and retention. Develop and deliver content and resources (talk tracks, presentations, marketing collateral, social media campaigns) tailored to resident/fellow audiences and academic partners Conduct research to stay current on regional and national information and trends related to physician recruitment - physician training numbers and statistics; hiring trends and practices; compensation data; physician distribution and characteristics; researches competitor's activities to keep informed
