Under the supervision of the Director of Residence Life, the Residence Hall Director supports the mission of the university by maintaining a positive, vibrant residential community in which students can thrive personally, socially, and academically. The Residence Hall Director is a live-in staff member who provides oversight, programming, accountability, and support to a residence hall of up to 275 students. Additionally, the Residence Hall Director serves the larger campus community by providing regular on-call coverage, providing administrative support for the Housing Office, and serving on committees and projects to help develop the Residence Life program. Lead by example in prioritizing a STUDENT FIRST customer service model that standardizes the following five categories: 1. FOCUS 2. CARE 3. SKILL 4. ACTION 5. SERVICE
