About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, sales-driven Reservations Agent to support our collection of award-winning boutique hotels and luxury resorts located in Nantucket, Palm Beach, and Aspen. As a Reservations Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, helping them plan exceptional stays while delivering polished, personalized service. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Requirements
- Sales-minded and goal-oriented

- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel accommodations, amenities, rates, and promotions
- Manage room availability and reservation accuracy
- Stay informed on local events and travel logistics to Nantucket, Palm Beach and Aspen
- Accommodate special guest requests within the reservation system
- Verify all reservation information to ensure accuracy
