About The Position

Job Summary: Requirements: 6 months customer service experience, knowledge of the local area, advanced computer skills helpful. Holidays, weekends, and flexibility of shift hours are required. Duties: Directly responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering phone calls, taking reservations following the provided criteria and scoring qualifications, helping guests, and providing information about the local area. Hours and Days: Seasonal with the potential to be permanent. Benefits provided with the transition to a FT employee. Shifts will be scheduled between the hours of 12pm and 10pm. Salary: $18 an hour
