Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Knowledge of the service area
  • Must be able to communicate effectively
  • Ability to communicate effectively on all levels
  • Able to use multi-line phone system
  • Employment contingent upon passing pre-employment drug and alcohol screen.
  • Also, contingent upon receiving a favorable background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous clerical, data entry, customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Computer Literate using a Windows-based computer operating system
  • If applying for a safety sensitive position, it may require a physical examination.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls for reservations within a 2-minute maximum hold time
  • Responsible for verifying passenger eligibility, processing trip requests, modifying existing reservations and cancelling future trips utilizing the Trapeze Pass Scheduling Software Application
  • Communicate effectively with Dispatch & Supervisor(s)
  • Critical thinking & problem solving to help client’s complete reservations
  • Perform trip revisions
  • Provide general information and customer service feedback
  • Accurately complete all reports
  • Strict adherence to Keolis and client policies and procedures
  • Ensure Outstanding Customer Service is provided to SCAT clients
  • Other duties as assigned
