A Day in the Life As a Reservation Specialist, you’ll: Be the voice of Water Wings—answering phones, emails, and inquiries with warmth and professionalism. Help families schedule and move bookings, making sure their needs come first. Manage multiple calls and emails. Use scripts as a starting point, but let your personality shine through every interaction. Keep parents at ease and kids excited about starting their swim journey. What You Bring to the Pool A proven ability to guide conversations toward successful outcomes, turning inquiries into confirmed reservations and creating win-win solutions for families and the school A welcoming and energetic personality that comes through over the phone. Strong verbal and written communication skills. The ability to multitask and stay organized when things get busy. Previous experience in customer support or call centers is a plus (but your positive attitude is the biggest win). A high school diploma or equivalent. The Details Pay : Starting from $16/hour. Hours : 40 per week, with shift options (mornings, evenings, weekends). Location : In-person at Bedford, TX office Ready to Dive In?
