Requirements

  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrate the willingness to be a team player
  • Ability to multi task and prioritize
  • Strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Previous banking experience
  • Knowledge of bank computer programs, regulations, and products.

Responsibilities

  • Answer telephones
  • Answer account questions for customers
  • Explain fees to customers
  • Assist customers with front line loan questions including: balance, payoff, etc.
  • Release limits and perform unblocks for customer debit cards as needed
  • Assist customers with online banking needs (resetting passwords/ enrolling in online banking)
  • Check general delivery mailbox and forward messages as necessary
  • Preform basic transactions including but not limited to transfers and payments
  • Bank checks and money orders (including sorting and balancing of all items received from the branches and departments, input into the Text Port system) maintaining log sheets, and retention of documents
  • Mailing out monthly young investor birthday cards
