Requirements

  • 1-2 years prior experience working in a financial institution (credit union or bank) required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Credit Union experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in a face-to-face service role preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to member inquiries by phone or email, courteously and professionally, assisting with account information, transactions, and proactively resolving issues.
  • Following all established processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Clearly communicating policies, products, and services to members.
  • Demonstrating honesty, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions.
