Reservation Center Agent
About The Position
Lynnwood Golf Course in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a motivated individual for a part-time seasonal Reservation Center Agent. This role contributes to a positive experience for members and guests and offers an opportunity to grow knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, the agent will be part of a global leader in golf and community management. The ideal candidate is customer service-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced but laid-back environment, and looking for a position at a down-to-earth company. The position is responsible for providing outstanding customer service while making customer reservations in the Premier/Troon Golf Reservation Center. Agents will answer calls, schedule tee time reservations, and provide general information for all Premier/Troon Golf managed facilities. Reservation center agents are often the first point of contact for customers, requiring a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
