About The Position

Lynnwood Golf Course in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a motivated individual for a part-time seasonal Reservation Center Agent position. This role contributes to a positive experience for members and guests and offers the opportunity to grow knowledge of golf club operations. The position is responsible for providing outstanding customer service while making customer reservations in the Premier/Troon Golf Reservation Center. Agents will answer calls, schedule tee time reservations, and provide general information for all Premier/Troon Golf managed facilities. Reservation center agents are often the first point of contact for customers, so a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions are important.
